Optional usage analytics help us understand aggregate visits and which pages are useful. They are separate from the Governance Checker and never include checker answers. They are not required to browse the public website or complete the checker.

Answer-trend contributions are a separate, optional choice: one fixed question-and-answer code at a time is sent to the project API, excluding role, organisation and personal identity. You can accept, decline or change analytics choices using the controls in the footer. Presentation preferences are stored locally on your device so they can be remembered.
